For a long time, I've been interested in what really gets results and what really transforms people's lives. I've been fortunate enough to witness major transformations, and I've observed that the people who transform have two things in common.
The first secret is that they start using what they've learned as soon as they leave the session. Many people come along to my sessions to get their “Kris fix” but do not apply what they've learned, and soon after, move on to something else. Those people who have had the major transformations, however, start applying the insights from the session as soon as they leave, and that's when things really start cooking.
So the first secret of transformation is to start applying what you've learned as soon as you leave the session. Not in some future date, but straight after the session has ended.
The second secret of transformation is to share. We remember only 10 percent of what happens -- or maybe 15 percent if we're highly evolved -- and so sharing helps us to reinforce what we remember, and give us access to the other 85 to 90 percent that we forgot.
The interesting part is that by sharing, you get back into the energy of the session. Perhaps you start sharing with someone close to you, or maybe you go really go berserk and share with a mass audience, which, by the way, is how to experience massive transformation. You may start by talking about the 10 or 15 percent, but you'll quickly start remembering the little things you forgot, and if you keep going, you may even get access to what wasn't even mentioned in the session, because you're in that space and in that energy.
You then have access not only to the rest of the the treasures, but also to what wasn't even mentioned. It's high-leverage stuff. I promise you that this is what people who live incredible, extraordinary lives have in common. They use leverage. If you look at people in business, and it's leverage. Finances: leverage. Sports: leverage. If you look at people who have extraordinary lives, then I promise you, they leverage everything. That is how the high players play the game.
You go from the 15 percent, to what you forgot, to what wasn't even mentioned. And there's even more leverage. When you are having a conversation with someone, they might say “Wow, I can really relate to what you are saying, and I can see how that's been stopping me from achieving what I want to achieve.” So you've got the possibility of making a difference to someone else as well. You will find that when you share what you got, you will actually get it.
If you really want transformation in your life -- and if you're attending personal development sessions, I assume that you want to transform to live an extraordinary life – well then you need leverage, and leverage comes from sharing.
I'm really fortunate because I create a lot of leverage, without even knowing it. I create a lot of leverage because I'm constantly sharing the insights I get, and in sharing the insights I get, I get them. It's amazing what happens when I do that, because I am making a difference to them, too. And if there's such a thing as a mission in life, my mission in life is to make a difference.
That's how I get up in the morning, and my focus is: “Make a difference, make a difference, make a difference” and I get home at the end of the day with a smile on my face, and I'm happy. Sometimes I have that intention and it doesn't play out, but it keeps me getting up, and I got to tell you, it's amazing. You have a real opportunity in sharing because sharing is all about making a difference and it's not just to other people, it makes a difference to you, which really makes a difference to other people, because you're a shining light of what's possible in this game.
So if you haven't got it yet, I really encourage you to use what you've learned and to share. You don't have to, it's up to you: if you want to play small, play small, but if you want to transform, then use what you've learned and share it with others.

Kris, I'm inspired by your positive and joyful spirit, and by your straight talk and simple yet effective method. You are awesome! I want to live my light as you do! Thanks for being and living your brightness.
